Lifetime Support and Non-Breeding Contract
We want you to have the best puppy experience possible. While there can be unforeseen circumstances that health testing may not reveal, at the time of testing, we stand behind our puppies overall general health. In the event your vet determines the puppy is suffering from a genetic issue not medically known at the time of your purchase, we will, at our discretion and confirmation from your Veterinarian, up to one year of age, replace your puppy with another of the same breed and equal value. The puppy must be returned to Happy Tails Farm to exchange for another of the same breed, or your may return the puppy for a full refund of the original purchase price with proof of the genetic defect from your Veterinarian.
While this would be a highly rare thing to have occur, we want you to know that we care about the dogs we breed and we stand behind them.
In addition, the dog must be either Spayed or Neutered AFTER 1 year old. For Female dogs they must be past their first heat prior to Spaying AFTER 1 year old. This is very important for the health of your dog.
If the Spaying or Neutering of any puppy occurs prior to one year old, the Health Guarantee will be void.
